Employment

Heritage  -  Service  -  Commitment

The Clarkdale Fire District is a new district committed to providing the highest level of professional emergency services in our growing community. Although we are new as a district (established November 30, 2006), we have a rich history of fire service dating back to 1914. Clarkdale is located at the geographic center of Arizona, 100 miles north of Phoenix and 20 miles south of Sedona on the banks of the Verde River.  If quality of life, mild climate and natural/recreational opportunities are important to you, Clarkdale is a place you should consider.

Applications for employment are not accepted electronically.

We are creating a hire list for Reserve Firefighters

We anticipate hiring up to five Reserves, with a start date of June 17th (start of internal training).  Interested persons should carefully read the Reserve Firefighter Announcement/Hire Process information below.

Please feel free to email us or call us at (928) 639-4591 if you have any questions.
